Charles Fox Reserve Rose MCC
Pale pink in colour Clean, fine bubbles, but very active. On the nose, clean, fresh with a hint of florals. Bon Bon anglaise, followed by traces of red currant.
On the palate it is dry. Dark berry fruit but not sweet. Succulent and juicy berry qualities. An extraordinary mouthfeel of Pinot derivatives, showing off beautifully. Attractive flavours with good fruit and acid balance.
